This is the end result of a successful legal suit. The winning party now has the ability to execute against the assets of the other party. We find the assets (such as an employer or bank account) and forward to our in-house paralegal for enforcement! We cover all costs of collection, including any additional court costs or attorney’s fees that may be required to enforce your judgment.
